My name is Matt Abrams. I’m a software engineer working for Quantum Retail. I am most interested in building large-scale distributed Java applications. I am currently building a batch processing system using Spring, Hibernate, Quartz, JMX and the Java 1.5 Concurrency Package.
I will use this blog to post things I find interesting about my day-to-day development activities. Hopefully by posting some of the problems I’ve encountered and their solutions some of you will not have as much trouble solving them as I did.
